An exceptional intellectual and a patriot, Captain Dr. Anthony Chukwuma Onyeagwa was a towering figure of inspiration and one of the earliest role models for the modern-day youths of Mgbidi. His brief but impactful life was a testament to dedication, service, and groundbreaking achievement.

  • Officer Training: Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji (1984)
  • House Officer: Military Hospital, Kaduna (1984-1985)
  • Acting Commandant: Military Hospital, Port Harcourt (1985-1986)
  • Personal Physician to the Head of State of Nigeria: 1986
  • Commandant: 9th Field Ambulance Brigade, Ikeja Cantonment (1986-1988)
